Case Study:

Comparison of Company A Air dissolving Tube and GCA Micro Nano Bubble Generator

We would like to introduce a product that can save a great amount of electricity consumption to a factory using company A Dissolved Air Flotation System with Conventional method, which is widely used in water treatment industry such as paper and pulp etc. A great amount of energy saving is achieved by replacing Company A DAF

system with our product GCA, which automatically draws in the atmospheric air and mixes and dissolves it into water.

Characteristics of GCA: suction, mixing, and pressure feeding.

GCA automatically draws in two different types of liquids or gases that are nearly insoluble.

The mixture liquids are regenerated and pressurized repeatedly then, finally mixed and dissolved. GCA has high performance; therefore, mixture liquids can be transferred in high pressure.

High performance GCA can pressure feed the liquid with dissolved gas.

SS removal rate becomes 10% more efficient.

The condition of floc inside the tank remains unchanged.

 

  Advantages of replacing :

To be able to reduce a relative amount of electrical consumption-   

    (highly effective energy conservation)

SS removal rate goes up, so outflow of raw materials are reduced.

Operation adjustment easy and less breakable parts because of

    simple system.

    Conventional system may have damage on dissolving part and  

    cannot do treatment.

Further electricity saving because the compressor for air pumping

    is not used.
